Course Policies for Descubre Beauty Bar

🔒 Deposits & Payments

• All course deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

• The remaining balance is due on the first day of class, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once your deposit is paid.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Students must give at least 7 days notice to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and limited to one time per student.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

👩‍🎓 Certification Requirements

• Certification is awarded only after full attendance, completion of assignments, and demonstration of safe, proper technique.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in loss of certification for that day unless approved in advance.

🛑 Studio Rules

• Please arrive on time and ready to learn.

• Models must arrive clean and on time. Students are responsible for arranging their own models.

• No guests, pets, or children allowed during training unless otherwise approved.

🧾 Receipts & Business Use

• Receipts can be provided for tax or business expense purposes—please request this at registration or by email.

❤️ Respect & Conduct

• We create a respectful, supportive learning environment. Bullying, rudeness, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

✍️ Acknowledgement of Terms

• By registering for this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and policies set forth by Descubre Beauty Bar Education.

🔄 No Transfer of Seat

• Course registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

⏳ Certification Time Limit

• All homework or model work must be completed within 90 days of class to receive certification.

🚫 Right to Refuse

• Descubre Beauty Bar reserves the right to remove any student for misconduct or repeated lateness. No refunds will be given.

📚 Intellectual Property

• Course content and materials are the property of Descubre Beauty Bar and may not be shared, taught, or resold.

• Certification does not guarantee job placement. Your career success depends on your commitment, practice, and professionalism.

📸 Photo/Video Release

• By attending, you agree to the use of class photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you opt-out in writing before class.
