Return Policy

Effective Date:

September 2025. At Descubre Beauty Bar, we are proud to offer high-quality, Canadian-made products. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt
Exchanges for other products may be made within the 14-day window

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products such as skincare, lash, nail, or brow items
Gift cards
Training courses, workshops, or services

Refunds

In-studio purchases are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval
Online orders are refunded after the item is received and inspected
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
